Approximately $18 billion of assets currently under management and in nearly every class of real estate on a global basis, including office, retail, residential, senior housing, golf, hotels, resorts and industrial assets.

SLV is included in Starwood Global Opportunity Fund-VIII (SOF-VIII). Starwood Capital Group closed it's eighth fund in March 2010, with equity commitments of $1.83 billion.
