We are comfortable investing in markets that exhibit long-term positive fundamentals and are not driven to making illogical decisions based on short-term volatility. We seek ways to add value to ensure favorable risk adjusted returns for all parties, whether as an equity source; secured lender; partner with responsibility for planning, entitlement, and construction; or land acquirer.

Starwood Land principals receive returns only when our partners and investors receive theirs, aligning incentives and enhancing returns.
