JEFFREY B. HANDLIN is East Sr. Vice President
based in Bradenton, FL. Jeff was named one of the youngest Vice
Presidents at Taylor Woodrow with responsibility for acquisitions
in its southeast and central Florida divisions. Mr. Handlin is
recognized for his flexibility in establishing creative transaction
structures that lead to highly successful master-planned residential
and mixed-use communities.
Mr. Handlin is a licensed Florida attorney, and previously practiced
real estate development, finance and corporate law, specializing
in complex transactions and real estate-based equity syndications.
Mr. Handlin received his BA, cum laude, with honors from University
of Kansas, where he was inducted as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
He later earned a J.D. from Duke University, where he also attended
the Fuqua School of Business as a non-degree seeking student.
He is a member of the Florida Bar.
