As co-CEO, Mike oversees all acquisition and asset management activities in the eastern United States. Mike along with Mike Forsum is responsible for overseeing the consolidated operations of SLV. Mike recently led SLV to an $81M acquisition of Florida assets of now bankrupt homebuilder, Tousa Homes. He has led SLV in the acquisition of well over $100M in the last 4 years.

Prior to joining SLV, Mike spent nearly 13 years at Taylor Woodrow, a UK-based public homebuilder where he served as Division President of the U.S. Tower Division and Southeast homebuilding operations. He maintains a Florida Broker’s and Community Association Manager’s license and is an active member of the Professional Golfers Association of America.

As co-CEO, Mike oversees all acquisition and asset management in Arizona, western United States. Together with Mike Moser, he is responsible for all SLV operations and management. Since joining SLV in 2008, Mike has acquired thousands of lots in Arizona and Colorado and continues to seek more opportunities in western markets.

Prior to joining SLV, Mike led Taylor Morrison’s western region, as West Region President, for 7 years. In addition, Mike had held Division President positions at Ryland Homes and KB Home. Mike holds a California State Contractor’s license and serves as a board member of HomeAid America and the Orange County Council of the Boy Scouts of America.

As Chief Financial Officer, Larry is responsible for all finance and accounting functions. Prior to joining SLV, Larry spent 3 years with Beazer as Corporate Controller and 6 years with Lennar as Director of Accounting. He has over 25 years of financial management experience, Larry is a Certified Public Accountant.
