Starwood Land Ventures (“SLV”) is a Florida-based residential real estate investment firm focused on land acquisition, development and financing nationwide. Partnering with Starwood Capital Group, one of the world’s premier real estate investment firms, SLV is positioned to continue its investments in superior land positions throughout the United States.

Since its inception in July 2007, SLV has acquired over 16,000 lots in over 60 communities in 3 states. The projected total sell out is anticipated to be over $1 billion in revenue. SLV has sold land to 10 public homebuilders and several private builders and currently has numerous active selling communities.

SLV’s investment focus is on acquisition of large residential master-planned communities, mixed-use projects, land entitlement and development. Additional targets include acquiring loan or debt portfolios, collateralized by residentaial assets.
