Recently, Lewis and Roca's attorneys successfully represented Starwood Land Ventures in its purchase of approximately 4,100 single family lots (platted and to-be-platted) in the West Valley area of Phoenix from Pulte Home Corporation. The Lewis and Roca team was responsible for contract negotiation and drafting, property due diligence, and closing matters.
